Service Charter

What can you expect from the partnership?

  • To have the interests of the club and its members and guests uppermost in mind. We will align our activities with the vision of the club.
  • To be professional in all areas of our work, namely:
    • Where possible to return all phone calls within 24 hours
    • To earnestly seek feedback and to act promptly on it
    • To always be prepared five minutes before the first coaching session of the day and to maintain good time keeping throughout the remainder of that day
    • To show attention to detail and get the 'little things' right
    • To be committed to further learning and development both internally as a team and individually through external providers
    • To understand each player's particular goals and motivation for having coaching
  • To practice what we preach and, in doing so, be positive role models, especially to younger people. We will achieve this through our attitudes, language and behaviour – both on and off the tennis court.
  • To show an infectious enthusiasm for our game and tennis coaching profession.
  • To live out the maxim: each different, each talented, all valued. In this, we will seek to provide opportunities for all players, regardless of age, gender, race or ability, to enjoy the game of tennis. We will actively search out talent and ensure everyone has the opportunity to become the best they can be.
  • We will practice executing our service charter every day, through the honesty and integrity of our actions. We will strive to demonstrate care and empathy – we know you are not interested in what we know until you know that we care.
